MAY & JUNE - Therapy Dog 1: Canine Good Neighbour Preparation
The "Therapy Dog 1" class runs for six Tuesdays from 7-8 pm at the Cobourg Community Centre. On the seventh Tuesday there will be a "make-up" for those who missed a regular class. The training will help prepare you to take the Canine Good Neighbour Test. Whether you plan to take this test or not, training for it includes the basic skills needed to pass a Therapy Dog Test.

JUNE & JULY - Therapy Dog 2: Advanced Volunteering Skills
The "Therapy Dog 2" class runs for four Tuesdays from 7-8 pm at the Cobourg Community Centre. On the fifth Tuesday there will be a "make-up" for those who missed a regular class. This class is designed for handler-dog teams approaching a therapy dog evaluation, or already volunteering. Participants will be invited to communicate to Elizabeth their specific challenges for coverage during the class.
